Dream Star Child Safety Policy

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

1. Introduction :
 

Dream Star, is committed to providing a safe and respectful online environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or content that endangers children.

Our platform is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use Dream Star.
 

2. Age Requirement :
 

  • Dream Star is strictly for users aged 18 years or older.

  • Users under 18 are prohibited from creating or using an account.

  • If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, we may suspend or permanently remove the account without prior notice.
     

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy :
 

Dream Star strictly prohibits any activity involving the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE)

  • Child nudity

  • Child sexual exploitation

  • Child grooming

  • Sexual conversations involving minors

  • Soliciting or requesting images or videos of minors

  • Child trafficking

  • Kidnapping or abduction of children

  • Sextortion involving minors

  • Encouraging minors to engage in illegal or dangerous activities

  • Sharing links, images, videos, audio, or messages related to child exploitation
     

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate enforcement action.
 

4. Child Grooming :
 

Dream Star strictly prohibits any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation or abuse.

Examples include:

  • Requesting private conversations with minors.

  • Asking minors for personal photos or videos.

  • Attempting to meet minors offline.

  • Manipulating or threatening minors.

  • Sending sexually suggestive messages to minors.
     

5.Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) :
 

Users may not upload, share, store, stream, request, promote, or distribute any material that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation.

This includes:

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Text messages

  • Drawings or animations

  • AI-generated child exploitation content

  • Links to external CSAM content
     

Any such content will be removed immediately.


6.Live Streaming Policy :
 

Dream Star does not allow live broadcasts involving minors in violation of applicable laws or this Policy.

If we identify prohibited content involving a minor, we may:

  • End the live session immediately.

  • Remove the content.

  • Suspend or permanently ban the account.

  • Restrict the device from accessing Dream Star.


7.User Reporting :
 

Users are encouraged to report any suspected child safety violation immediately.

Examples include:

  • Child exploitation

  • Grooming

  • Child abuse

  • Child trafficking

  • Child nudity

  • Sexual conversations involving minors

  • Any suspicious behavior involving children

  • Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible by our moderation team.

8.Moderation and Enforcement :
 

Dream Star uses moderation processes to identify and remove content that violates this Child Safety Policy.

When a violation is confirmed, Dream Star may:

  • Remove the content.

  • Issue a warning.

  • Suspend the account.

  • Permanently ban the account.

  • Permanently block the device.

  • Preserve evidence where required by law.

  • Report the matter to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

 

9. Cooperation with Authorities :

Dream Star may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and other competent authorities when required by applicable law in cases involving child abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or other serious crimes.

10. Privacy and Protection :

If we become aware that personal information belonging to a child has been collected in violation of this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to remove or restrict that information as required by applicable law.

11. Compliance :

Dream Star is committed to complying with applicable child protection laws and the child safety requirements of the Google Play Store.

13. Policy Updates :
 

Dream Star may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
