Dream Star Platform Rules & Community Guidelines

1. Introduction:
 

Welcome to Dream Star,our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, enjoyable, and friendly environment where users can communicate through voice rooms, text chat, gifts, entertainment activities, and other interactive features.

Every user must follow these Platform Rules while using Dream Star. These rules apply to all users, including hosts, agencies, moderators, and visitors.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account suspension, device restrictions, or legal action depending on the seriousness of the violation.

By creating an account or using Dream Star, you agree to comply with these Platform Rules, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.
 

2. Purpose of These Rules :

These Platform Rules are designed to:

  • Protect the safety of all users.

  • Maintain a respectful and positive community.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, harassment, and illegal activities.

  • Protect children and vulnerable users.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Google Play policies.

  • Maintain a high-quality experience for everyone.


3. Who Must Follow These Rules :
 

These rules apply to every person using Dream Star, including:

  • Registered Users

  • Guests

  • Hosts

  • Room Owners

  • Moderators

  • Anyone participating in voice rooms, chats, or platform activities.
     

Every user is responsible for the content they create, upload, share, or promote.
 

4. User Responsibilities :
 

Every Dream Star user agrees to:

  • Respect all users.

  • Follow local laws and regulations.

  • Use the platform honestly.

  • Keep account information secure.

  • Report harmful or illegal activities.

  • Avoid misleading other users.

  • Follow instructions issued by Dream Star moderators.
     

Users are responsible for all activities performed through their accounts
 

5.Community Guidelines :
 

Dream Star encourages a positive community.
 

Users should:

  • Treat everyone with respect.

  • Use polite language.

  • Welcome users from every country, religion, and culture.

  • Help create a friendly environment.

  • Respect privacy.

  • Resolve disagreements peacefully.
     

The following behavior is encouraged:
 

  • Friendly conversations

  • Healthy entertainment

  • Music and talent sharing

  • Educational discussions

  • Cultural exchange

  • Gaming discussions

  • Positive social interaction


6.Account Rules :
 

Users must:

  • Register using genuine information.

  • Keep login credentials confidential.

  • Never sell, rent, or transfer accounts.

  • Never buy another user's account.

  • Never impersonate another individual, celebrity, company, or Dream Star staff.

  • Dream Star reserves the right to verify user identity whenever necessary.


7.Profile Rules :
 

Profile names, photos, bios, covers, room names, and status messages must not contain:

Pornographic material

  • Nudity

  • Hate speech

  • Terrorist content

  • Drug promotion

  • Gambling promotion

  • Violence

  • Fraud

  • Fake official badges

  • Offensive language

  • Copyright-infringing material

  • Misleading business promotions
     

Dream Star may edit, hide, or remove violating profile content without prior notice.
 

8.Voice Room Rules :
 

All voice rooms must remain respectful and safe.Room owners and moderators are responsible for activities taking place within their respective rooms. If any user violates the rules or engages in inappropriate or harmful activities, the room owner or moderator must remove the user from the room and report the user or the issue through the User Reporting feature..

Failure to control repeated violations may result in action against both the offending user and the room owner.


9.Reporting Violations :

Users should report:

  • Harassment

  • Abuse

  • Fraud

  • Spam

  • Fake accounts

  • Child safety concerns

  • Illegal activities

  • Hate speech

  • Threats

  • Impersonation
     

False or malicious reports intended to harm others may also result in disciplinary action.

 

10. Violence, Crime and Dangerous Activities :
 

Dream Star does not allow any content that promotes, supports, encourages or glorifies violence, crime, terrorism, or dangerous behavior.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Threatening to kill or seriously injure someone.

  • Encouraging physical attacks against any person or group.

  • Promoting murder, kidnapping, robbery, assault, or organized crime.

  • Sharing instructions on how to commit violent crimes.

  • Displaying or encouraging the use of dangerous weapons to harm others.

  • Supporting terrorist organizations or extremist groups.

  • Promoting suicide, self-harm, homicide, or dangerous challenges.

  • Showing graphic violence intended to shock or frighten users.
     

Any serious violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.


11. Illegal Goods and Controlled Items :
 

Users must not use Dream Star to promote, buy, sell, exchange, advertise, or distribute illegal or restricted items.

This includes:

  • Illegal drugs or narcotics.

  • Drug manufacturing instructions.

  • Firearms and ammunition.

  • Explosives.

  • Counterfeit products.

  • Stolen property.

  • Wildlife trafficking.

  • Human trafficking.

  • Any item prohibited under applicable laws.
     

Dream Star may immediately remove such content and permanently suspend involved accounts.


12. Harassment, Bullying and Abuse :
 

Dream Star is committed to creating a respectful community.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Personal attacks.

  • Repeated harassment.

  • Threatening messages.

  • Blackmail.

  • Extortion.

  • Stalking.

  • Humiliating other users.

  • Encouraging others to attack someone.

  • Abusive language intended to harm another user.
     

Respectful disagreement is allowed, but harassment is never permitted.


13. Privacy Violations :
 

Users must respect the privacy of others.

Do not:

  • Share another person's phone number.

  • Share home or office addresses.

  • Share identification documents.

  • Share bank details.

  • Share private photographs without permission.

  • Record private conversations without consent.

  • Publish screenshots intended to expose someone's private information.
     

Violating another person's privacy may result in permanent account action.
 

14. Spam, Fraud and Scams :
 

Dream Star does not allow spam or fraudulent activity.

The following are prohibited:

  • Fake giveaways.

  • Fake earning screenshots.

  • Investment scams.

  • Loan scams.

  • Fake job offers.

  •  Fake recharge offers.

  • Fake customer support.

  • Pyramid schemes.

  • Referral abuse.

  • Bot activity.

  • Mass messaging.

  • Repeated unwanted advertisements.
     

Users found attempting to deceive others may be permanently banned.
 

15. Advertising and Promotion :
 

Users may not promote competing voice chat applications or unauthorized businesses without written permission from Dream Star.

The following are prohibited:

  • Promoting other apps.

  • Posting WhatsApp groups for commercial purposes.

  • Sharing Telegram promotion links.

  • Advertising unauthorized websites.

  • Selling social media followers.

  • Unauthorized commercial advertising.
     

Approved business partnerships may be allowed only after written authorization.
 

16. Sexual Content Policy
 

Dream Star maintains a family-friendly environment.

The following content is prohibited:

  • Nudity.

  • Pornography.

  • Sexual acts.

  • Sexually explicit conversations.

  • Sexual requests.

  • Adult services.

  • Escort advertisements.

  • Erotic roleplay.

  • Sexual sounds intended to arouse others.

  • Sharing adult websites.

  • Sharing pornographic videos or images.

  • Sexually suggestive profile pictures.

  • Obscene usernames or room names.
     

Any serious sexual violation may lead to permanent suspension without prior warning.
 

17. Live Room Behavior :
 

Hosts and users must ensure that voice rooms remain safe and respectful.

The following behavior is prohibited during live sessions:

  • Playing pornographic audio.

  • Encouraging illegal activities.

  • Promoting violence.

  • Repeated abusive language.

  • Organizing scams.

  • Broadcasting copyrighted content without permission.

  • Disrupting platform events.

  • Using automated software to manipulate room activity.
     

Room owners may also face action if repeated violations occur in their rooms.
 

18. Dress Code for Profile Images:
 

Profile photos must remain appropriate.

The following are not allowed:

  • Fully nude images.

  • Semi-nude photos intended to attract sexual attention.

  • Sexually suggestive poses.

  • Images showing intimate body parts.

  • Pornographic illustrations.

  • Graphic sexual cartoons.

  • Images promoting prostitution.
     

Dream Star reserves the right to remove inappropriate profile images immediately.
 

19. Hate Speech and Discrimination :
 

Dream Star welcomes users from every country and community.

Users must not attack or insult anyone based on:

  • Religion.

  • Race.

  • Nationality.

  • Ethnicity.

  • Language.

  • Gender.

  • Gender identity.

  • Sexual orientation.

  • Disability.

  • Age.

  • Caste.

  • Political identity.
     

Content encouraging hatred or violence against protected groups will be removed immediately.

20. Child Safety and Protection of Minors :
 

Dream Star is committed to protecting children and minors. Our platform is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating an account if you are under 18 years of age.

  • Using a child's identity or allowing a child to use your account.

  • Uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).

  • Posting or livestreaming any content showing child nudity or abuse.

  • Grooming, manipulating, threatening, or exploiting minors.

  • Requesting personal information, photos, videos, or private contact details from minors.

  • Encouraging minors to participate in illegal or dangerous activities.

  • Trafficking, kidnapping, or any form of child exploitation.

Any violation involving child safety will result in the immediate removal of content, permanent account suspension, device restrictions, and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
 

21. Fake Accounts and Identity Misuse :
 

Users must not:

  • Create fake identities.

  • Pretend to be another person.

  • Impersonate Dream Star employees, moderators, or customer support.

  • Use stolen photographs or fake verification badges.

  • Mislead users regarding identity or authority.

Dream Star may request identity verification where necessary and may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.
 

22. Intellectual Property Rights :

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

You must not:

  • Upload copyrighted movies, music, or videos without permission.

  • Broadcast copyrighted content without authorization.

  • Copy another user's content and claim ownership.

  • Use trademarks or logos without legal permission.
     

If Dream Star receives a valid copyright complaint, the content may be removed and appropriate action may be taken against the responsible account.
 

23. Coins, Gifts and Wallet Rules :
 

Users are responsible for all purchases and transactions made through their accounts.

The following are prohibited:

  • Selling or purchasing coins outside the official Dream Star application.

  • Buying or selling gifts through unauthorized channels.

  • Trading accounts for coins or money.

  • Using stolen payment methods.

  • Attempting to manipulate the virtual economy.
     

Dream Star reserves the right to reverse fraudulent transactions and suspend accounts involved in payment abuse.
 

24. Host and Agency Responsibilities :
 

Hosts, agencies, and agency managers must:

  • Follow all Platform Rules.

  • Treat users respectfully.

  • Avoid misleading salary or earning promises.

  • Never force users to purchase coins or gifts.

  • Never request payments outside official Dream Star payment methods.

  • Cooperate with Dream Star during investigations.
     

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of host or agency privileges.
 

25. User Safety :
 

For your safety, never share:

  • Passwords.

  • OTP codes.

  • Bank account information.

  • Debit or credit card details.

  • Government identification numbers.

  • Personal financial information.

Dream Star will never ask for your password through chat, calls, or voice rooms.
 

26. Security and Platform Integrity :
 

Users must not:

  • Hack or attempt to hack the platform.

  • Reverse engineer the application.

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools.

  • Exploit software bugs.

  • Distribute malware or harmful files.

  • Attempt to bypass platform security systems.

Accounts involved in such activities may be permanently suspended without prior notice.

27. Punishment Policy :
 

Dream Star reviews every reported violation carefully before taking action. The type of punishment depends on the seriousness, frequency, and impact of the violation.

Possible actions include:

  • Friendly reminder

  • Official warning

  • Removal of violating content

  • Temporary restriction of specific features

  • Voice room suspension

  • Temporary account suspension

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Permanent device restriction

  • Permanent removal from Dream Star

 

Repeated violations will receive stronger penalties.
 

28. Serious Violations (Type A) ;
 

The following are considered serious violations:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

  • Pornography

  • Terrorism

  • Human trafficking

  • Drug trafficking

  • Violent criminal activity

  • Identity theft

  • Financial fraud

  • Serious threats

  • Organized scams

  • Distribution of illegal content

 

Type A violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning.
 

29. General Violations (Type B) :
 

General violations include:

  • Abusive language

  • Minor harassment

  • Spam

  • Fake profile information

  • Misleading usernames

  • Unauthorized advertisements

  • Minor community rule violations

  • Inappropriate profile photos

  • Repeated disturbance in voice rooms

 

These violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or feature restrictions
 

30.Content Monitoring :

To maintain a safe and respectful community, Dream Star may review the following:

  • Voice rooms

  • Public chats

  • User reports

  • Profile information

  • Images

  • Room names

  • Usernames

  • Status messages

  • Public activity
     

Any content that violates these Platform Rules may be hidden, restricted, or permanently removed. Dream Star may also take appropriate action against accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules, including suspension or permanent account termination.


31.Gambling Policy :
 

Dream Star strictly prohibits gambling-related activities.

Users may not:

  • Promote gambling websites.

  • Share betting links.

  • Sell betting IDs.

  • Organize gambling groups.

  • Encourage online betting.

  • Promote casino services without authorization.

  • Advertise lottery scams.


 

32.Multiple Violations :
 

Users who repeatedly violate Platform Rules may receive stronger penalties, including permanent suspension, even if each individual violation appears minor.
 

33. Device Restriction :
 

Dream Star reserves the right to block or restrict a device from accessing the platform if it is repeatedly or seriously involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or violations of these Platform Rules. Dream Star may restrict devices associated with repeated or serious policy violations.

Creating new accounts to bypass a suspension or other enforcement action is strictly prohibited.

34.Appeals :

If you believe your account or content was restricted by mistake, you may submit an appeal through Dream Star Support.

Every appeal will be reviewed individually. Submitting multiple false appeals may delay the review process.

Dream Star's final decision after review will be considered final.

35.Cooperation with Authorities :
 

Where required by applicable law, Dream Star may cooperate with law enforcement agencies or government authorities in cases involving:

  • Child safety

  • Terrorism

  • Human trafficking

  • Serious fraud

  • Cybercrime

  • Threats of violence

  • Other criminal investigations
     

36. Updates to  Platform Rules :
 

Dream Star may update these Platform Rules whenever necessary to improve user safety, comply with laws, or introduce new platform features.

Continued use of Dream Star after updates means you accept the revised rules.

Changes may be made to:

  • Improve platform safety.

  • Comply with legal requirements.

  • Introduce new platform features.

  • Strengthen community
