Dream Star Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:
 

Welcome to Dream Star.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dream Star application and all related services.

By creating an account or using Dream Star, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using Dream Star.
 

2. Eligibility :

Dream Star is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

  • You are at least 18 years old..

  • You have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • You will comply with applicable laws.

Dream Star may suspend or permanently terminate any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.


3. User Account :
 

Some features require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Keep your account information updated.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Notify Dream Star immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

  • Users must not buy, sell, transfer, rent, or trade any Dream Star account.


You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.Dream Star may suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in unauthorized account access and trading.
 

4. Account Security :
 

You must not:

  • Share your password or OTP.

  • Allow another person to use your account.

  • Sell, transfer, rent, or purchase accounts.

  • Create fake accounts for fraudulent purposes.


Dream Star is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
 

5.User Responsibilities :
 

By using Dream Star, you agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully.

  • Respect the rights of others.

  • Follow all applicable policies.

  • Protect your account and personal information.

  • Cooperate with investigations relating to violations of these Terms.


6.User Content :
 

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By publishing content on Dream Star, you grant Dream Star a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your content.

  • Store your content.

  • Process your content for platform operation.

  • Moderate your content.

  • Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
     

You remain solely responsible for the content you publish.


7.Privacy :
 

Your personal information is collected, stored, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using Dream Star, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
 

8.Virtual Coins, Gifts and Digital Items :
 

Dream Star may provide Virtual Coins, Diamonds, Gifts, and other digital items for use within the platform.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Virtual items are intended solely for use within Dream Star.

  • Virtual items may be purchased only through authorized payment methods.

  • Unauthorized trading, selling, purchasing, or transfer of virtual items is strictly prohibited.

  • Dream Star may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item at any time.
     

Virtual Coins, Diamonds, Gifts, and other digital items are digital features of Dream Star. They do not represent real currency, bank deposits, investment products, securities, or property rights. Except as expressly permitted under Dream Star's policies, users cannot redeem, refund, exchange, transfer, or convert purchased virtual items into cash or any monetary value.

9.Recharge Agreement : 
 

By making any recharge in Dream Star , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • The funds used for any recharge must be legally obtained, and the payment method (UPI, bank account, debit card, credit card, wallet, or any other payment method) must be authorized for your use.

  • The decision to make a recharge is entirely your own. You should only recharge with an amount that you can reasonably afford without causing financial hardship.

  • If you choose to borrow money, take a loan, incur debt, or arrange funds from any other source to make a recharge, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Dream Star shall not be responsible or liable for any debt, loan, interest, financial loss, family dispute, legal issue, or any other consequence arising from your financial decision.

  • Dream Star does not encourage users to borrow money, take loans, or experience financial hardship for the purpose of making recharges.

  • If a payment fails, remains pending, or the amount is deducted without successful completion of the transaction, the resolution will be handled according to the procedures and timelines of the relevant payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider. Dream Star is not responsible for delays caused by such third parties.

  • Any fraudulent activity, use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, chargebacks, or suspicious recharge transactions may result in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

  • Dream Star reserves the right to modify, revise, suspend, or discontinue any recharge package, pricing, promotional offer, bonus, digital item, or related service at any time.

  • If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, charged back, or determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent, the Company may reverse, deduct, remove, or temporarily freeze the Coins, Diamonds, Gifts, or other virtual items credited from that transaction.
     

By completing a recharge, you confirm that you have carefully considered your financial situation, made the payment voluntarily, and accept full responsibility for your recharge and all financial decisions related to it.

 

10. Payments and Refunds :
 

Users agree to use only authorized payment methods.

Completed purchases of virtual items including Diamonds are non-refundable once purchased, unless a refund is required under applicable law.

Dream Star may investigate suspicious payment activities, cancel fraudulent transactions, and take appropriate action against accounts involved in payment abuse.


11. Earnings and Rewards :
 

Dream Star may offer reward programs, incentive programs, host earnings, agency rewards, bonuses, or promotional benefits.

Participation in these programs is subject to applicable eligibility requirements and platform policies.

12. Tax Compilance :
 

Each user is solely responsible for any taxes, government charges, or other applicable fees associated with transactions made through the Services. The Company shall have no obligation to calculate, collect, file, or pay such amounts on the user's behalf, unless required under applicable law.



13. Promotions and Events :
 

Dream Star may organize promotional campaigns, seasonal events, competitions, and special activities.

Participation is voluntary.

Dream Star reserves the right to:

  • Modify event rules.

  • Cancel any event.

  • Disqualify users who violate platform policies.

  • Withdraw rewards obtained through misconduct or fraud.


14. Third-Party Services :
 

Dream Star may use third-party services to provide certain platform features, including payment processing, authentication, analytics, notifications, cloud storage, and customer support.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Dream Star is not responsible for interruptions, policies, or actions of independent third-party service providers.
 

15. Service Availability :
 

Dream Star strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.

  • Security updates.

  • Technical issues.

  • Network failures.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Force majeure events.
     

Dream Star shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
 

16. Intellectual Property :
 

All intellectual property rights relating to Dream Star, including its application, logo, software, design, user interface, graphics, text, features, technology, and other platform materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No person may copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Dream Star without prior written permission.
 

17. Copyright Complaints :
 

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a copyright complaint.

Your complaint should include:

  • Your contact information.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content.

  • Proof of ownership.

  • A statement confirming the accuracy of your complaint.
     

Dream Star may remove or restrict access to the reported content while the complaint is reviewed.
 

18. Third-Party Links :
 

Dream Star may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services.

These third-party services are operated independently.

Dream Star is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, products, services, or any loss arising from your use of third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
 

19. Disclaimer :
 

Dream Star is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Dream Star does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability.

  • Uninterrupted operation.

  • Error-free performance.

  • Compatibility with every device.

  • Accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
     

Users access and use the platform at their own discretion and risk.
 

20. Limitation of Liability :
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Star shall not be liable for:

  • User-generated content.

  • Loss of profits.

  • Loss of business opportunities.

  • Loss of data.

  • Service interruptions.

  • Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
     

21. Indemnification :
 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dream Star, its affiliates, employees, partners, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.-

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of applicable laws.

  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

  • Your misuse of platform features.
     

22. Force Majeure :
 

Dream Star shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters.

  • War.

  • Terrorist attacks.

  • Government actions.

  • Internet outages.

  • Power failures.

  • Cyber attacks.

  • Pandemics.

  • Technical infrastructure failures.
     

23. Suspension and Termination :
 

Dream Star reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or official platform policies.

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, Dream Star may:

  • Issue a warning.

  • Restrict platform features.

  • Suspend the account.

  • Permanently terminate the account.

  • Restrict the associated device.
     

24. Account Deletion :
 

Users may request account deletion by contacting Dream Star Support.

After verification:

  • The account will be scheduled for deletion.

  • Certain information may be retained where required by law.

  • Information necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance may be preserved.
     

Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.
 

25. Appeals :
 

If you believe enforcement action was taken by mistake, you may submit an appeal to Dream Star Support.

Each appeal will be reviewed individually.

Submitting false or misleading appeals may delay the review process.

Dream Star's decision after review shall be final.
 

26.Governing Law And Dispute Resolution :
 

  • These Terms and your use of the app and Services shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.Dream Star

  • Users accessing the App from outside India are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their respective country or jurisdiction., subject to applicable Indian law.​

  • Any dispute between the app and a User shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the user may attempt to resolve it through mediation or arbitration through the dispute resolution mechanism or desk established by Dream Star.
     

27. Changes to These Terms :
 

Dream Star may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to:

  • Improve platform services.

  • Comply with legal requirements.

  • Enhance user safety.

  • Introduce new features.

  • Improve security.
     

Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of Dream Star after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

28. Entire Agreement :
 

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Child Safety Policy, and other official Dream Star policies, constitute the complete agreement between Dream Star and its users regarding the use of the platform.

By creating an account or continuing to use Dream Star, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
 

29. Electronic Communications :
 

By creating an account or using Dream Star, you agree to receive electronic communications from Dream Star, including notifications, service announcements, security alerts, policy updates, and other information related to your account or the platform.
 

30. Language :
 

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in the English language.

If these Terms are translated into another language and any inconsistency arises, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
 

31. Survival :
 

Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive suspension or termination of your account shall continue to remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.
